Customer service with smile, fast service and some kind words as I left (so went back to get his name). To the management, as someone with nearly 30yrs is CS and management, invest in him. Will visit again....great work guys.

- LDLoz DApr 2, 20263.0I'm sure they are a lovely team but it's so frustrating that Toolstation's website, advertising and the Google page for this store says they close at 8pm during the week. I arrive just after 7pm and they're closed. The times on the door say 7pm but that is no good because it's too late and is seriously annoying when you have left work in central London to get there. You need to update your local store Google page at the very least! Please! I also wanted to buy extra items but I'll probably just pick up when I can and get the extras elsewhere... Update: I eventually collected my items and, yes, the staff were nice. To avoid further confusion, I also applied to Google to get the store opening times updated on the Google page and provided the evidence photo. This seems to have been done now.
